Focaccia Bread


  • 1 lb bread Flour
  • 1 yeast bag
  • 1 tbs of sugar
  • 16 oz. Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbs of salt
  • 1/2 lb of black olives
  • 2 glasses of water
  • some rosemary
  • 3 tbsp of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Shred or chop the tomatoes. First, combine flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil and water together. Stir for 10 mins and then make a ball.Add salt.

  1. Wait 2 to 3 hours for the flours to raise.
  2. Flat the dough and place it into a try. Add tomatoes, salt, black olives and rosemary on top and bake for 25 to 30 min at 385 F

Enjoy while it's still warm.
